In general, there are only three main iterations of Dodge Dharger there are :
- 1966-1978 two-door car with the average size (B-body)
- 1983 to 1987 a subcompact (L-body)
- Four-door sedans built since 2006 with platform size LX and LY.
A concept car of 1999 also carried out the name. It is substantially different from the Charger even the production placed for model year 2006. The Ramcharger was used for truck-based vehicle with the similar name. In Brazil period between 1970 to 1980, the Charger name was also used as a model of performance based on the Dart.
